Return PolicyI do my best (with the all the pics, sizing info, and detailed descriptions) to assure you will look absolutely fabulous in one of my new outfits. But sometimes it just doesn't work. And if it doesn't work for you, it doesn't work for me, cause I want you to be happy, Doll. So yes, dangerDame does accept returns. But if you want to return something you have to follow the rules: You may return your purchase for any reason within 7 days of receiving your merchandise for Full Refund or In Store Exchange. All returns must be pre-authorized by dangerDame.com. To obtain an authorization number, e-mail a Return Request to: veronica@dangerdame.com. NO EXCEPTIONS! Or my inventory gets all higgledy-piggledy, and I have no idea where things have come from. All items must be returned unworn, unused, and in their original condition (with the tags still attached). All returns will be subject to inspection to insure their unused condition before a refund will be issued. All shipping is non-refundable. If the return is being exchanged for a different size or color, dangerDame.com will provide for the shipping cost of the new item. dangerDame.com is not responsible for misuse, mishandling or any other actions or inactions attributable to the purchaser and or carrier (United States Postal Service, UPS etc).
